I’m originally from Spain and came to London in 2012, having just graduated in Hospitality & Tourism from the Universidad De Leon. I worked in several leading hotels in Spain and London in various roles and learnt a lot about the hospitality industry, which serves me well now. I also worked in sales and as account manager for a tech company before setting up My Property Host with Raj when he asked me to take care of his property while he was travelling.
Prior to joining My Property Host, I was a Partner at a top 100 UK law firm. I co-founded My Property Host with Elena as I needed a solution for the management of my own property (and didn't think there was a good enough one in the market). We've really focused on growing the business since 2018 and haven't looked back since. We're dedicated to giving homeowners peace of mind that their property is in good hands and guests a first class experience.
Joining My Property Host in January 2019, I have been instrumental in the company's remarkable growth, witnessing its transformation from a close-knit team of four into the thriving, fast-paced company it is today. Leveraging a prior four-year experience training as a Chartered Accountant in the audit department, I have established a strong financial foundation for My Property Host. This solid base empowers the team to confidently pursue the company's vision. Beyond ensuring the seamless functionality and continuous update of day-to-day financial systems, I play a key role in strategic financial planning and analysis. This ensures sound financial decisions are made to fuel our future growth.
I joined the business in April 2021. I hold a strong Operational background and over 15 years of Operational experience. Previously I worked within the aviation sector having managed retail operations for easyJet and British Airways As Chief Operating Officer I am responsible for delivering the business’s strategy and driving performance goals, process improvements against short and long-term operational plans.
I joined My Property Host in June 2022 as Head of Communications, leveraging my 25+ years of experience in client relationship management across various industries, including mobile phone, banking, and media. I lead a talented Communications Team, ensuring we deliver exceptional guest experiences through clear, consistent communication across all channels. I'm passionate about contributing to My Property Host's continued growth and success in the hospitality industry.
I head up sales and partnerships for My Property Host. Since joining in late 2019, my primary focus has been on expanding our client base and business through the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships. Additionally, within my role, I collaborate closely with our in-house pricing team to optimise revenue management strategies.
I joined My Property Host in November 2023 to build, maintain and operate our current Technology solutions as well as future Tech strategy. Previous to MPH I have worked as CTO/COO for the last ca 15 years, leading Technology teams in Stockholm, Dubai and Berlin.
